Description

Join Harvard University Planning and Design, Shawmut Design and Construction, and the design team for a presentation and hard hat tour of the David E. and Stacey L. Goel Center for Creativity & Performance—an 86,000-square-foot facility currently under construction. The center will be the future home of the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) and a hub for performance, teaching, and public engagement. Designed with a mass timber structure, reclaimed materials, and natural ventilation, the building emphasizes artistic flexibility, sustainability, and regenerative design. The presentation and tour will focus on the architectural design, mass timber structure, and the Center’s context within Boston’s Allston neighborhood.
